WITAMO V1 Industrial Terminal for Odoo | Prelaunch

The WITAMO V1 Industrial Terminal for Odoo is an indoor-use solution designed to manage attendance, access control and employee interaction from a single device connected directly to your Odoo system.

Each terminal can be supplied with the customer’s logo and in different colors or color combinations. It includes a touchscreen for user interaction, an RFID reader, a fingerprint scanner and a normally-open door release function.

The interface, colors, visual layout and certain terminal behaviors can be configured directly from Odoo for each individual device, making it possible to adapt the user experience for each branch, factory, office or access point.

The terminal can be used for multiple functions, including:

• Attendance registration

• Access control

• Attendance-only mode

• Access-only mode

• Lunch break registration

• Coffee break registration

• Personal break registration

• Fieldwork leave registration

• Other configurable events or incidents

WITAMO connects directly to your Odoo system through WITAMO servers and works with the Employees and Attendances modules, together with the custom WITAMO access management module including groups, permissions and access rules.

From Odoo, you can centrally manage doors, gates, access points and parking areas across factories, branch offices and locations worldwide from a single environment.

The solution is also compatible with Odoo Online SaaS.

Additional functions can be configured in Odoo using automations, for example:

• Personalized greetings

• Birthday wishes

• Informational messages

• Event- or user-specific actions and workflows

Starting from Odoo v19, the solution can include automatic maintenance and software update capabilities. Remote support can also be provided through a VPN tunnel initiated or authorized by the customer.
